NOV 2 7 1953 ) Referring to my letter of November 6th, and earlier correspondence and wires, relative to proposed law suit to be filed by the O'Melveny firm in the Nevada Supreme Court, in connection with the bond sale by the Las Vegas Valley Water District: I talked to Mr. Prank Hamilton today about the status of this suit, and he stated that they had not done a great deal of work on it but hoped to have it filed by the first of the year.
