LVL&WCO. RESOLUTION 1-7334 (L.V. Valley Water District) On motion duly seconded It was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary in executing agreement C.L.D. No. 11339, dated August 1, 1953, between Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and Union Pacific Railroad Company, called ’’Railroad Companies,” and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, called ”Water Company**whereby Railroad Companies granted revocable licenses to Water Company for water transmission and power lines sold to Water Company and providing for the production and delivery of water to Railroad Companies by Water Company until Railroad Com­panies* water facilities in yard are completed at Las Vegas, Nevada; be and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
