The license and permission hereby granted shall be effect­ive as of the date hereof and may be revoked by the Ballroad Compa lea at any time by giving to the Water Company ninety (90) days* n tice in writing of such revocation, which said notice may be serve upon the Water Company personally or by United States mall at the option of the Ballroad Companies. In any event the license and pe mission hereby granted shall terminate automatically and without n tlce from the Ballroad Companies at the time of such conveyance as to such of said facilities as the Water Company shall hereafter transfer and convey to the las Vegas Valley Water District, a publ corporation of the State of Nevada, or to any other governmental body, person, firm or corporation.
