June 21, 195* 80-11 Lae Vegas Valley Water District 135 South Fourth Street Las Vegas, Nevada \a/M. jUN 22 1954 Gentlemens I have a copy of letter dated June 16, 195** to you from O'Melveny & Myers approving the form of agree­ment between the Las Vegas Land and Water Company and the District, assigning to the District as of the sale date, for collection only, the uncollected charges for water service for refrigeration machines, etc. On the assumption that the Board of Directors will authorise the execution of this agreement, I am enclosing duplicate originals and one extra copy of agreement dated June 21, 195*, which has been «x8CU£*f on behalf of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company. When the agreement has been executed by the District, will you please return one of the executed originals to me. If the District does not desire to enter into this agreement, please return both originals which have been executed by Mr. Reinhardt on behalf of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company.
