However, I have withheld my approval as to execution, and I am enclosing the duplicate origi­nals herewith for the purpose of having the seal of the Las Vegas Valley Water District affixed to each counterpart. You will note that the acknowledgment of execution by the officers of the Las Vegas Valley Water District recites that the seal has been affixed. please return our counterpart to me for my record and filing with the Auditor.
