In your letter you advise that the Las Vegas Valley Water District agreed to a conveyance from the Railroads to the Water Company of an easement in the form of Exhibit ”P W for pipe line crossing cf proposed sale parcel. the It has now been determined that the easement description shown as Easement Strip Six on Page 7 of Exhibit "P” is in error and.does not fit the physical location of the pipe line, I have, therefore, prepared new description as follows? That certain strip of land 15 feet in width situated in the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada and being a portion of the SW-| of the SW Section 27, and the SEi of the SB^ of Section 28, T. 20 S., R. 61 E., M. D. B.& M., the center line of which is described as follows: Beginning at a point on the south line of Bonanza Road, 80 feet in width, asgaid road now exists, distant thereon N. 88* 07f 57tt E. 5*47 feet from the west line of said Section 27} thence S 28* 30“ W. 850.0 feet. ?— *T--B-e|f ore proJce?eding with the preparation of the proposed easement from the Railroads to the Water Company, would you please obtain approval from the Water District of the new description.
