Yes 17. Sandy loam. If the above meets with your approval, please have the Form of Proof completed and after being signed by you, return it to me for filing with the State Engineer. Also enclosed is tracing of the cultural map prepared by Frank D. Rathbun, Jr., State Water Rights Surveyor, which should be returned to me with the Proof.
