Public Service Commission of Hevada 8-10-34 ffce principal purpose of this schedule is to discourage this terrible waste of water by requiring those users t© erect cooling towers whereby the water sen be re-used, end the secondary purpose is to sere the present sewer system recently constructed at a cost of some #275,000*00 and which is now being ruined by the enormous flow of wator that is going through the same. Several of the consumers have cooling towers at the present time, but the great majority of them did not in­stall towers at the tins of the installation of their plants, figuring that on account of the existing rate that they could use the water direct and save themselves the expense of in­stalling cooling towers. Ibis Is intended as thirty days* notice of change of schedule as provided by Section 6113, H* 5. !*•, as amended by Chapter 167, It 33 session laws.
