A request has been made to this office by the City of Las Vegas to require the Union Pacific Railroad and the Las Vegas Land and Water Company to supply the Las Vegas City Commission, the Railroad and Water Utility’s financial statement, also Profit & Loss statement, for the year 1950. Will you kindly have said statements prepared and made available to Mr, Howard Cannon, City Attorney, City of Las Vegas, Las Vegas, Nevada, not later than March 15th so that the City Commissioners may have sufficient time to make a study of same prior to the date of hearing.
