PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSIOH OF NEVADA, First Judicial District Court of Nevada Ho.X£B45 It was decided in a recent conference with Mr. Stoddard and Mr. Reinhardt to go ahead with the suit against the Public Service Commission in view of the failure to act promptly on our Petition for Rehear­ing. We have dismissed the Petition for Rehearing, asked the Attorney General of the State of Nevada to file an Answer in the above mentioned case and will seek to have the case set for trial as soon as pos­sible | I should appreciate receiving from each of you as soon as possible the revised copies of the vari­ous exhibits which have been the subject of corres­pondence between us and which Messrs. Carson and Hubbard discussed with me at Los Angeles recently. They will be helpful in doing work here in connec­tion with the preparation of estimates for the year 1952. As soon as we ascertain the exact date of hear­ing, I will probably ask you to supplement these ex­hibits by bringing the figures down to as late a date in 1952 as is possible.
