Bracken September - 1940 "That at least" $13,745.92 has been expended in— -comple­tion of said works and at the expense of the applicant. Improvements consisted of: "drilling well at point of diver­sion to a depth of 800 feet and casing inside with 82 feet of 16", 525 feet of 10 3/4" and 311 feet of 8 5/8" casing-also f. *"ee^ 12" transite cast iron pipe connecting* top of well with settling basin; also concrete weir box- also control valves on casing and were made sion." at the point of diver­" Said improvements were begun prior to January 25, 1941 and were completed prior to January 25, 1944." Proof of Application of Water to Beneficial Use (under Permit No. 10458) does not contain statement of cost of improvements.
