Well No. 5 Affidavit of Completion of Work Permit No. 10706 Applicant Affidavit By- Las Vegas Land and Water Company- Las Vegas Land and Water Company By Walter R. Bracken Affidavit dated March - 1942 "That at least" $4,869.74 has been expended in-— completion of said works and at the expense of applicant. Improvements consisted of; "Drilling well at point of diver­sion to depth of 489 feet and casing with 2801 of 13 3/8" steel screw oil well casing, and 2311 of 10 3/4” steel screw oil well casing; cementing in top casing; also 174 feet 12" transits pipe, 98 ft. 10" cast iron and 8» of 10" wrought iron transite pipe from top of well to pipe connecting with settling basin, and were made at the point of diversion. "Said improvements were begun prior to January 15, 1942, and were completed prior to March 20, 1942." Proof of Application of Water to Beneficial Use (under Permit No. 10706) does not contain statement of cost of improvements.
