V Well Mo. 6 Affidavit of Completion of Work Permit No. 10707 Applicant Las Vegas Land and Water Company Las Vegas Land and Water Company By Walter R. Bracken Affidavit By Affidavit dated March - 1942 "That at least" $7630.26 has been expended in— — completion of said works and at the expense of applicant. Improvements consisted of: "Drilling well at point of diver­sion to depth of 500 feet and casing with 290* of 13 3/8" steel screw oil well casing and 241 feet 10 3/4" steel screw casing; cementing in top casing; also 342 feet of 10" cast iron and 6§- feet wrought iron traffsite pipe from top of well to pipe connecting with settling basin, and were made at the point of diversion. "Said improvements were begun prior to January 15, 1942, and were completed prior to March 20, 1942." Proof of Application of water to Beneficial Use (under Permit No. 10707) does not contain statement of cost of improvements.
