This refers to your letter of October 29, 1951 in which recommendation is made that L7L&W Co. be charged with a firm amount of $700.00 monthly to represent the salary and normal personal expenses of the position of General Manager* Mr. Stoddard has approved your proposal and there will be included in October 1951 accounts a charge to LVI&W Co. of $700.00 monthly retroactive to January 1, 1951, minus the actual amount of Mr. Johnson’s personal expenses paid direct by LVI&W Co. during the first 10 months of this year. Johnson to prepare his personal expense account for payment Effective November 1, 1951, please instruct Mr. by NPRR Co. instead of LVL&W
