That said Protestant is an individual doing business under the name and style of "Trader Bill's" at 324 Fremont Street, Las Vegas, Nevada. 2. That the Las Vegas Land and Water Company is a corporation authorized to do business in the State of Nevada and is engaged in the business of supplying water to the inhabitants of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, and in such capacity is a public utility. 3. That the rates and charges provided for.in said revised tariff for water used by Protestant in his refrigeration machine, which is for cooling his store building, is arbitrary and exorbitant and has no reasonable relation to the quantity of water so used or the purposes for which used. 4. That said Las Vegas Land and Water Company does, in addition to the charges herein referred to, assess and receive compensation for the water used on the premises of Protestant, consisting of a store building, and said refrigeration machine does not use an additional amount of water sufficient to affect detrimentally or make unfair the compensation so received by them. However, the increased charges assessed by the Las Vegas Land and Water Company are thereby rendered unreasonable and unfair. -1-
