Cutting. This is immediately adjacent to the location where we propose to' drill the new well marked Mo. 4 and is unquestion-a! r L * n W @ proven water ledge. The acquisition or this acreage was also re comended by i$p, Mel son Taylor in his report August 4, 1937, and we have been carrying on indirect negotiations with the owner but thus far have been unable to aeouire it at a price of #2tg per acre. * The other ISO acres owned by w. H. pike and others, is probably also in the water ledge but Is considerably lower than our present sources of supply, and even though water were developed in ?
