Hanson - Salt Lake) Referring to agreement with the Las Vegas Valley Water District dated June 1, 1953* covering sale of water facilities at Las Vegas to the Water District*, It is stated in Section 2 on pages 9 and 10, that we will make application to the State Engineer, prior to the date of sale, for the right to change the point of diversion of 2*5 cfs of water from Well Ho* 1 to the ex­isting shop well, or wells to be drilled within the shop grounds * In order that my water rights records may be complete and up to date, will you please advise if this application has been made and if so please furnish me a copy of same*
