Bennett: With copy of Mr. Reinhardt's letter to me, dated May 2, 1952, while I was stationed with LVL&WCo. at Las Vegas, he furnished you Copy of Proof of Application and print of cultural map covering water authorized under Permit No. 12^.60 covering the drilling of No. 2 well on Las Vegas Ranch. In reviewing our files I find that State Certificate No. 3910 was issued, as per copy of letter dated March 3, 1953, received at Las Vegas office of LVL&WCo. March 5, 1953, and certificate attached which are being furnished to you now to complete your file. W. H. Johnson
