party of the first part until sj. ch fire or fires shall be extin­guished. - Fourth: Said party of the second part shall have the right to connect with the pipe lire or lines of the party of the first part within the railroad station grounds of the party of the second part at Pioche, Nevada, and at a point on the right of way of the railroad of the party of the second part opposite Engineer's Station 131 75. This agreement shall remain in force for a period of fifty (50) years' unless sooner annulled by mutual agreement of said parties hereto.
