J \ I - 7 - M e m o - h: Profit derived from the sale of water by the carrier or others from the same supply from which the carrier secures its water* i: Opinions as to the value of the water right secured from farmers, stockmen, miners .engineers, or other competent witnesses* j: Cost of securing an equal amount of water from commercial water companies or municipalities where such water can be secured at localities near where the water right is located* Data showing rates ord­inarily charged by municipal plants or commercial water companies for water in the quantity used by the carrier, tn a territory similar to that in which the carrier*s right is located, although there is no municipal or commercial plant at the location of the carrier’s water right. It will be understood that it is intended here merely to state possible sources of information and not to indicate the weight of such information in t he determination of value, that being a question peculiar to each case. There should be borne in mind, in making any comparison between the water right under valuation and other water rights, or sources of supply, the necessity of making such adjustment as is necessary to reflect the exact quality of the carrier’s water, the amount thereof and'the stability or permanency of the supply throughout the year.
