Copies of these forms are enclosed for ready reference. We are informed by representative of both the Santa ^e and Southern P acific Co. that their understanding is that a scale ticket is the same thing as a weight c e rtific a te and that any shipments weighed, where either of these forms is given to the shipper, places the carrier under the ju risdiction of the State Weighmaster1s rules and regulations.
