Have ju s t received advice from Purchasing .Agent Foster that the P a c ific Tank & Pipe Company have presented a b i l l amount­ing to $757.05 fo r bands fo r this 16" p ip e , which bands were shipped before we requested holding up of shipment o f pipe. Have advised Mr. Foster i t w i l l be O.K. to pay th is b i l l as the pipe w i l l he used under the new work order au th ority when i t was approved. grade lin e as requested.
