As a matter of information, we have a considerable number of files in my office which are not related to the operation of the Water Company. For example: 1) Files covering sales of land and leases relating to property other than that involved in the operation of the Water Company, such as lands and leases at Yermo, Los Angeles, Kelso, etc. 2) Files covering railroad leases and lands, which do not relate to leases or lands which may be conveyed to the Water District. 3) Files which relate to the railroad industrial transactions. 4) Files relating to Las Vegas Ranch. 5) Payroll and Personnel files. 6) Rooming House files.
