Bennetts Los Angeles, November 20,1952 569 Herewith for your information,please find copy of Preliminary Title Report received to-day from Pioneer Title Insurance & Trust Company covering so-called "Water Lands” at Las Vegas, lying westerly of the north and south center lines of Sections 29 and 32. Please note that Parcels 1, 2 and £ as described in the Report, include lands not proposed to b# conveyed to the Water District. The Report shows the Yestee as Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company formerly San Pedro,Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company, subject to 1952 taxes and usual reservations as contained in Patent from the State of Nevada, and subject also to thirteen certificates of appropriation of water.
