Line located in the a lle y in Block 18 o f Bucks Subdivision between Mesquite Avenue and Ninth Street. This a lle y was vacated by Order o f City Commissioners which order was r e corded November 11, 19^5 as Document No. 207333, Clark County, Nevada records. There is a mention made that retention o f easements fo r public u t ilit ie s was recommended by the Planning Commission, however, the order does not re c ite that such easements are to be retained. Therefore, the e ffe c t o f the order as to the retention o f existing easements is questionable.
