Las Vegas - May 5th, 1938 . Mr. Will Witwer, Las Vegas Ranch, City. Dear Sir: Some complaint has been received lately regarding contamination of the spring across the road from the ranch house, which supplies the ranch with domestic water. Please promptly make the necessary repairs at this spring, replacing the lock and cover which was be well to install a few fence-posts and barbed wire around this spring to properly protect it.
