Bracken - Las Vegas: Yours of August 20th, file R-9, in connection with selling water to the Railroad Pass Casino: This case seems to be revived every now and then. My file indicates that on August 11, 1937, your file R-18, last paragraph, you agreed that it would not be good policy for us to become involved in sale of water to an institution of this kind. Do you still not agree we should adhere to such a policy? H. H. Larsen
