At Yermo, November 27, 1930 353 Mr. J. P. Mack: Your letter November 18th., next attached: What charges did we make against the Potosi Mine, the Great Western Plaster Company and Shannahan Construction Company when they secured water from point in question? I believe we should make a nominal charge on a flat rental basis to the Mexican people that are living in the quarters adjacent to the Arden pipe line.
