    DRAFT 5-8-53 ECR:MSB Contract for the LVVWD to purchase water-bearing lands, water rights and water production, storage and transmission facilities owned and operated by the UPRC and LA&SLRC as non-utilitity facilities and water distribution system owened and opearated by the Water Company as a public utility (September 1, 1952). Before sale, certain berak-down and construction preparations will be made, as referenced in the document. Recorded in the Clark County rcord book. This agreement excludes water rights reserved in the Deed from Helen J. Stewart to W. A. Clark dated December 8, 1902. Deed of land transfer is enclosed.
