Before sale, certain berak-down and construction preparations will be made, as referenced in the document. Recorded in the Clark County rcord book. This agreement excludes water rights reserved in the Deed from Helen J. Stewart to W. A. Clark dated December 8, 1902. Deed of land transfer is enclosed.
