Las Vegas - November 30, 1949 W 23-3-3-A Mr. Wm. Reinhardt: (cc Mr. E. E. Bennett) We have a request from the City of Las Vegas to loan them a half-dozen water meters for the purpose of checking water consumption throughout the City. We do not have any extra ones on hand at Yermo, but in view of the City's cooperation in the present survey of water wastage in Las Vegas I feel that we should reciprocate by purchasing a half-dozen as specified in attached requisition, and when the City has finished with then we can send them to Yermo for use at that point. City Manager's letter is attached. A. M. Folger
