Description

The water district waived the restriction on the railroad furnishing Las Vegas residents from their shop well until they had the capacity to do so themselves, and Cunningham advised that this arrangement continue as long as needed.

Renwick - Los Angeles Mr. J. W. Padden - Los Angeles Mr. W. H. Johnson - Los Angeles Mr. C. M. Cory - Las Vegas Mr. K. P. Varley - Salt Lake Mr. T. E. Hammill - Los Angeles) Referring to recent correspondence regarding the sale of water from shop grounds well at Las Vegas, Nevada, to individuals and various concerns, and particularly with reference to Mr. Renwick's M-35, April 30th, in which he advises the Las Vegas Valley Water District orally advises, subject to confirmation by the Board of Directors, that it does not have facilities for supplying these users at present and will waive the prohibition against our furnishing such water from our shop well at Las Vegas until the District is in position to furnish such supply. I concur in suggestion of Mr. Renwick that we continue to furnish water as in the past from the shop grounds well at Las Vegas pending further advice from Las Vegas Valley Water District.
