Description

Larkin had discovered that some people and businesses between Las Vegas and Lake Mead were being supplied with water from the railroad shop well. They needed to be advised that they now needed to make arrangements with the water district for their water.

McNeill - Salt Lake City) In connection with your C-230 of April 24, and previous correspondence regarding the sale of water from the shop grounds well at Las Vegas. It develops that water is being supplied to several individuals and concerns between Las Vegas and Mead Lake without agreement.
