Description

From the Nye County, Nevada Photograph Collection (PH-00221) -- Series IV. Pahrump, Nevada -- Subseries IV.D. Wiley Family. The bridge was constructed by Roland Wiley, owner of the ranch and producer of the Cathedral Canyon attraction. The bridge was constructed so it would be easy to photographs to be taken in the afternoon. Steel girders in the bridge were obtained from the Nevada Test Site.
