In 2023, Tammi Kim accessioned the collection. In 2024, Sarah Jones and Ray Aramburo created the inventory and updated the finding aid in ArchivesSpace. The description for Ray Tutaj Jr.'s photographs was taken directly from the donor-provided inventory and appears in quotation marks in this finding aid. Sarah Jones organized the digital files and created access copies.
