Materials were transferred to University Archives by the UNLV Graduate College; accession numbers AC 13, AC 60, 1988-095, and 1994-048. This set of records includes former record groups 2.7.1, 2.7.2, 4.7.1, 4.8.1, and 4.9.1.
A summary of materials was created by Maggie Bukowski in 2018. In 2019, as part of an archival backlog elimination project, Christina Lamoureux rehoused the materials, revised the summary of materials, estimated dates, identified material types, and entered the data into ArchivesSpace. No other work has been performed on these materials.
