Materials were donated in 1993 by Lyle Rivera; accession number AC 107, AC 109, and 1993-04. This set of records includes former record group number RG 10.1.
In 2019, as part of an archival backlog elimination project, Jimmy Chang rehoused the materials, created a brief summary of the materials, estimated dates, identified material types, and entered the data into ArchivesSpace. No other work has been performed on the materials.
