Priscilla (Kahn) Schwartz was born to Hyman and Elizabeth Kahn, August 3, 1938 in Buffalo, New York. Schwartz became the first member of her family to graduate from college when she received her degree in nursing from the University of Michigan.

Steve Round (born 1970) is a military veteran who has lived in Las Vegas, Nevada since 2013. Round was a guest at the Aria hotel and casino when the mass shooting occurred at the Route 91 Harvest festival on October 1, 2017. On October 2, 2017 Round began to build a memorial at Reno Avenue at the south end of the Las Vegas Strip. Once the memorabilia from the memorial was taken to the Clark County Museum Round moved to the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign and began to assist in that site's protection until October 10, 2017.

Linda Lintner was born March 27, 1944 in North Carolina. The daughter of a soldier, she and her mother traveled from North Carolina to Overton, Nevada to stay with Lintner’s grandparents when she was only six weeks old. After her father joined the family, they moved to Las Vegas, Nevada where both her mother and father started working at the Post Office. Lintner attended local elementary school and middle schools in the valley, and graduated from Rancho High School in 1962.
