From the UNLV Libraries Single Item Accession Photograph Collection (PH-00171). "The wide dirt road is Charleston Blvd. Stretching east to Sunrise Mountain. The subdivision in the center of the photograph is Carol Lombard's "Huntridge" just after the last homes were built.
From the Hazel Baker Denton Photograph Collection (PH-00312). On the back it reads, "Mr. + Mrs. Ed Dula, Caliente in 1952. Both have passed on. Mrs. Dula was the first white woman to live in Delamar. The Dulas built the first home there."
