The Southern Nevada photographs depict towns, mines, railroads, workers, and settlers in Southern Nevada from 1863 to 1960. The photographs primarily depict Native American petroglyphs, desert landscapes, mines and mining machinery, and the archaeological dig at Pueblo Grande de Nevada (also known as the Lost City). The photographs depict the towns of Virginia City, Beatty, Genoa, Searchlight, Rhyolite, St. Thomas, Lost City, Pioche, and Overton. The items described include black-and-white photographic prints, postcards, negatives, and slides; items listed are photographic prints unless otherwise specified.

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas Gaming Web Archive is comprised of archived websites collected since 2016 that represent gaming and gambling organizations in Las Vegas, Nevada and around the world. Websites in this collection represent casino hotels, lotteries, gaming commissions, and investor relations for various organizations including the Nevada Resort Association, Caesars Entertainment, Genting, MGM, Ainsworth Game Technology, and the North American Gaming Regulators Association.
Archival Collection
The University of Nevada, Las Vegas Associate Dean of UNLV University Libraries Records (2000-2015) primarily contains materials kept by Scott S. Smith, former Associate Dean of UNLV University Libraries. Materials include UNLV accreditation reports and supporting documentation as well as annual reports and strategic plans for UNLV University Libraries. Materials also include various UNLV faculty and employee policy guides and orientation handbooks and an information packet for UNLV Libraries Advisory Board.
Archival Collection
The T. David Horton Photographs of Pioche, Nevada contain black-and-white photographs of several buildings in Pioche, Nevada in the 1960s. The collection contains photographs of the Pioche Power and Light Company, Pioche’s mine, crushing plant, cemetery, and oversize photographs of the town.
