The Lincoln County Archaeological Initiative Collection (2016-2019) contains digital files of oral histories collected as part of A Ranching and Farming Context for Lincoln County, Nevada, ca. 1857 to 1934 (Oliver et al. 2018). The collection consists of thirteen digital oral history recordings and corresponding transcripts, as well as a final report of phase one of the project. The entire collection is digital files.

The Gay Fiction Book Collection (1951-1976) is a small collection of fiction books published from the 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s that have gay men as the lead characters or storylines that relate to the gay community. The majority of the books were published in San Francisco, California and were collected and donated by Dennis McBride.

The Renee Lee Papers span from the 1950s to 2012 and document the life of singer and actress Renee Lee through photographs, her original music scores, newspaper clippings, and a mid-career resume. The collection also includes an alphabetized card catalog of the private performances Lee booked from 1998-2012.

The Professional Black Women’s Alliance Records (1997-2003) consist of correspondence, photographs, and programs. Programs pertain to the organization’s annual Rose Awards, which celebrate black female role models from the Las Vegas, Nevada community. The collection also contains a large poster from the 1999 Rose Awards ceremony.

The Ken Tiffany Music Scores (approximately 1956-1999) comprise a collection of published sheet music and original handwritten scores composed by Tiffany. The material also includes several pictures of Tiffany.
