Elaina Blake grew up in Port Orchard, Washington. She married at seventeen years old and moved to Las Vegas, Nevada that same year. She started in positions at the Sahara Hotel and Casino, and then the Thunderbird. She eventually started working in real estate and became a developer. Blake was president elect for the Chamber of Commerce in 1984, and served on the Clark County Planning Commission.

Hal G. Curtis was born July 09, 1926 in Galt City, California. He moved to Las Vegas, Nevada when he was four years old. He graduated from Las Vegas High School in 1942 and went into the United States military until 1950. Curtis worked on the Union Pacific Railroad in iron work for more than 25 years.

Susan Watson was born in 1944 in Syracuse, New York and moved to Nevada when she was three years old. After a year in Boulder City, Nevada, her father bought an old army barrack and converted it to a home in North Las Vegas, Nevada. She attended Rancho High School and graduated in the first class of 1962.
