Patricia Marchese worked for the city of Las Vegas and Clark County, Nevada for 30 years. She created numerous art and cultural programs for places like the Civic Symphony, Charleston Heights Arts Center, Rainbow Company Theatre, along with consulting work for the Allied Arts Council.
Marchese was born July 12, 1943 and grew up in Johnston, Pennsylvania. Marchese was raised on a farm surrounded by relatives. Marchese and her husband, Lamar, graduated from the University of South Florida and relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1972.

Irwin graduated from high school and went on to earn his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in 1954 and his law degree from the University of Miami in 1958.

Edward Baca, a Las Vegas minister and retired air conditioning insulation installer, was born on September 14, 1931. Baca grew up the son of a coal miner in Wyoming and spent his teenage years in Price, Utah. He worked a series of jobs in the coal mines of Utah and railroad jobs for the Southern Pacific Railroad before joining the military and being stationed in Greenland.

Ruth Annette Mills was born December 13, 1932 and was raised in Washington, D.C.. Mills and her husband, Charles Mills, lived in Georgia, Texas, and Maryland before coming to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1968. She worked as a typist for the Office of Education at one point and did volunteer work for her church, the Cub Scouts, and the League of Women Voters (LWV). Mills also worked as a clerk-typist for the Clark County School District, and eventually became a teacher through the Teacher Corps program.

Steven Eisen (1966 - ) is the oldest son of Barry and Beverly Eisen, who were part of the migration of Jews from St. Louis to Las Vegas in the 1960s. He is married to Stacy Fisher and the older brother to Andrew and Robert Eisen. They are members of an early group of born-and-raised Las Vegans. Growing up Jewish, he became a bar mitzvah, belonged to B’nai B’rith Youth Organization.
