Oral history interview with Winnie Prince conducted by Irene Rostine on May 18, 1995 for the Women's Research Institute of Nevada (WRIN) Las Vegas Women Oral History Project. Prince opens her interview by discussing her history in Las Vegas, Nevada, which began when she moved to the city in 1942. Prince describes her husband's experiences living in a Las Vegas tent city, and her life in St. George, Utah prior to her move to Las Vegas. She also talks about her brief employment at the Basic Magnesium plant just before the end of World War II. Prince discusses her job responsibilities at the plant, and the importance of accuracy in her job as a shell casting inspector. Lastly, she describes her husband's job as a guard at the Basic Magnesium plant and the ways rationing affected daily life, including commuting to work and feeding her family.

Oral history interview with Mary Ward conducted by Irene Rostine on March 14, 2012 for the Women's Research Institute of Nevada (WRIN) Las Vegas Women Oral History Project. Ward discusses moving to Nevada in the 1950s with her husband to live closer to his family. She describes living in both Pahrump and Las Vegas, Nevada, and the commute between both cities. Ward then talks about the various places she was employed including the County Commissioner's office and the local telephone company. She also worked as a telephone operator at the Frontier Hotel and Casino, Sands Hotel and Casino, and the Flamingo Hotel. She goes on to talk about the duties telephone operators had, how important the union was for telephone operators because of unfair retribution, lack of stability, and the need for worker's rights. The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) Events Audiovisual Collection (1973-1992) consists of audiovisual materials that document various conferences, speeches, lectures, and events that took place at the university. These events include the "Economic Stabilization and Inflation" speech given by Wallace C. Peterson, commencement speeches, a debate between Phyllis Schlafly and Sarah Weddington, and a panel discussion. The collection contains cassette and VHS tapes of commencement ceremonies; television programs and interviews related to university activities; university promotional announcements; and a university video series titled UNLV Campus Views.

Oral history interview with Anna Jennings Welsh conducted by Judith Siu on July 05, 1975 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Welsh begins by describing her family's history in Las Vegas, Nevada, beginning in 1911 with her grandmother. She discusses her grandmother's life and her collection of artifacts, which would later become part of the Southern Nevada Museum by the Henderson, Nevada Chamber of Commerce (now the Clark County Museum). Welsh continues talking about her own life, including her education, hobbies, family, friends, and living in Las Vegas. She also discusses nuclear weapons testing, the history of casinos in Las Vegas, her father's work constructing Hoover Dam (Boulder Dam), and how Las Vegas has changed.

Oral history interviews with Harry Mortenson conducted by Claytee D. White on April 08, 2014, April 22, 2014, and May 06, 2014 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. In the first interview, Mortenson discusses his personal background, working at Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico, and arriving to Nevada to work as a nuclear physicist at the Nevada Test Site. Mortenson describes his work and recalls anecdotes from his employment. He then talks about his company, Sigma Scientific, and explains the different projects where he worked as a consultant. In the second interview, Mortenson discusses the methods of transportation used to arrive to the Nevada Test Site, his involvement with different organizations, and his tenure in the Nevada State Legislature. In the final interview, Mortenson discusses the device he built to take photographs of the nuclear reactor cores at Las Alamos National Laboratory, and explains how that device worked.

The Denny Lynch Photograph Collection (approximately 1900-1990) contains photographic prints and negatives of the Lynch family and their homes in Pahrump Valley and near Blue Diamond, Nevada. The photographs also depict locations and people throughout Nevada, primarily in Pahrump and Amargosa with a focus between approximately 1970 and 1990. Other photographs include local, state, and federal politicians in Nevada and Washington, D.C. Most of these photographs were collected by Denny Lynch for his newspaper, the Pahrump Tribune.

The Aaron Williams Photograph Collection (approximately 1968 to 1983) consists of three black-and-white photographic prints. Two of the images are of the groundbreaking ceremony of the Senior Citizens’ Center with Las Vegas, Nevada Mayor Oran Gragson, and the third of three unidentified individuals.
