Oral history interview with Steve and Wendy Hart conducted by Barbara Tabach on October 23, 2014 and November 6, 2014 for the Southern Nevada Jewish Heritage Project. In the interview Steve talks about his time in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War and his time growing up in the Las Vegas, Nevada Jewish community. Steven and Wendy also discuss Steven's career in the Las Vegas food and beverage industry.

Oral history interview with Gertrude Rudiak conducted by Claytee White on January 11th, 2007 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. Gertrude Rudiak was a local civil rights pioneer, wife of George Rudiak, and has lived in Las Vegas, Nevada since 1943. She raised her five children in Las Vegas and was active in the Jewish community. In her interview Rudiak discusses Jewish life and culture in Las Vegas.

Oral history interview with Roosevelt Toston conducted by Claytee D. White on July 11, 2006 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. Toston discusses moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in the 1950s and his various careers at the Test Site, Bell Telephone of Nevada, as a television anchorman and cameraman, and the Convention and Visitors Authority to bring conventions to Las Vegas. He also talks about ways African American entrepreneurs might get involved in the convention business.
