Oral history interview with Santo Savino conducted by Lisa Gioia-Acres on September 23, 2008 for the All That Jazz Oral History Project. In this interview, Santo Savino discusses his childhood, playing for the Air Force band, marrying his wife, and moving to California. He also discusses coming to Las Vegas, Nevada to play with a band in 1960, moving to Las Vegas, and working with a permanent band.

The Richard Taylor Collection on Moulin Rouge Hotel History contains documents that provide information on a short-term lease of the shuttered Moulin Rouge Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada in December 1956. The collection contains a lease between Harry Miller (trustee in bankruptcy) and Richard Taylor for a short term lease of the hotel; a certificate of fictitious firm name submitted by Richard Taylor; a press release issued by Harry Miller on behalf of the hotel; and three Moulin Rouge guest register tags.

Interview with Irving Kirshbaum by Cheryl Rogers on February 23, 1979. In this interview, Kirshbaum discusses the Riviera Hotel where he began working in 1955. He also talks about the landscape of the Las Vegas Strip in the 1950s, and the state of gambling, comps, customer service, and dealer training. The interviewer asks about the treatment of minorities at the Riviera, and in Las Vegas generally, and the effect of corporate ownership on casinos.

Oral history interview with Reika Sun conducted by Kristel Peralta on June 21, 2021 for Reflections: The Las Vegas Asian American and Pacific Islander Oral History Project. Reika Sun discusses her childhood in Shanghai, China during the "one-child policy" and her upbringing by nannies while her parents worked. She shares how her family immmigrated to Las Vegas in 2009 to reunite with Reika's aunt and how Reika moved to Kansas to attend an English as a Second Language (ESL) program at Kansas State University. Reika also talks about her restaurant employment history after returning to Las Vegas, her membership in the Culinary Workers Union, and Chinese traditions and superstitions she grew up learning.
