Oral history interview with Thomas Rodriguez conducted by Maribel Estrada Calderón on September 10, 2018 for the Latinx Voices of Southern Nevada Oral History Project. Rodriguez discusses how his grandparents migrated from Mexico to Topeka, Kansas. Rodriguez later discusses moving to Las Vegas, Nevada to work for the Las Vegas Clark County Consortium. He mentions the Latino Youth Leadership Program and his college experience. He goes on to discuss his involvement in the Chicano Movement and Hispanics in Politics and describes the lawsuit he filed against the Clark County School District for employment discrimination. Rodriguez then talks about the Rafael Rivera Community Center and describes the growth of Las Vegas.

Oral history interview with Ellen Cosgrove conducted by Claytee D. White on August 19, 2019 for the UNLV School of Medicine Oral History Project. Ellen Cosgrove discusses her early family life and education, continuing to her higher education, where she graduated with a master's in Russian history and later entered Hahnemann Medical College where she specialized in internal medicine. She then describes her family life and her husband, Jefferey Fahly. Cosgrove goes on to talk about different communities in New Mexico welcoming people with different ethnic backgrounds, and how she participated in various organizations that helped improve the health of the community and solve issues that prevented patients from receiving care. In 2014, she was hired by Barbara Atkinson to build a medical school at UNLV. Lastly, Cosgrove discusses the UNLV School of Medicine educational program, which is based in bioethics, community engagement, wellness, and problem-based learning.

Dr. Angela Clarke was born into a very large family in 1932 in Baltimore, Maryland. She joined the women's Air Force and sfter completing her service tour, she went to college on the G.I. Bill.
Among her many awards, she was given a plaque for integrating Air Force swimming pools. After the Air Force, she attended Morgan State College and the University of Maryland.

Joy Boggs is leaving UNLV after two years as the Business Manager for the College of Fine Arts. She also served as the Public Scholar in Residence for the Womxn of Color Arts Festival hosted by the Barrick Museum. Her mission in Fine Arts was to transform the financial performance of the College beginning with full transparency and implementing a new internal structure and procedures. Her work was hampered. Her personal education was on full scholarship from DePaul University where she holds a MA in Gender Studies.
