Patrick Egger was city planner for North Las Vegas and Clark County Department of Comprehensive Planning (mapping); Vice President and senior real estate appraisor for Nevada Savings and Loan; then independent real estate appraisor; early involvement with UNLV Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies, and instructor in real estate in the College of Continuing Education. David Alan Buer was born on October 25, 1953, in San Antonio, Texas.
Buer is affiliated with the Nevada Test site as a Franciscan brother and as a former staff with NDE. At the time of his oral history interview, Buer was working with homeless and migrant people.
Buer took two years of college at Southwest Missouri State.

Charles T. "Blackie" Hunt, born in Pottstown, Pennsylvania in 1930, started
accordion lessons at age five. He recounts learning from experienced musicians, then
teaching others at age twelve because his teacher was drafted. He attended West Chester
State Teachers College where, among other accomplishments, he put together a group
with Nick Carlino as tenor sax player.

Ivan Eisenberg moved to Las Vegas, Nevada from a small town in Ohio in 1947 and his father established a business named Ideal Office Equipment. He graduated from Vegas High School in 1948 and attended college at the University of Nevada, Reno. Eisenberg joined his father’s business in 1954.
