Press release from Senator McCarran's office stating that the senator had sent letters to expedite the passing of two bills. One bill would grant Basic Management Inc. rights-of-way for water lines for the Lake Mead - Henderson line. The other bill would grant rights-of-way to the Las Vegas Valley Water District for the diversion line to Las Vegas.
