Dale Dorothy holds a dog on his lap and speaks into the microphone of his "ham" radio. Behind him sits the W7CTK station equipment. He used the equipment to speak to lost air pilots over the deserts of Pahrump and guide them to their destinations. Site Name: Lazy 88 Ranch

Children and mother sitting at the base of a tree. "Pictured L-R: Gloria Rivero, Cousin; Raymond (in back of Gloria); their dog "Salt Lake" (followed Alicia everywhere); Robert Rivero; Celia Rivero; Margarita Rivero, Mother. Site of Mint Hotel." The Mint Hotel and Casino opened in 1957, and was located at 100 Fremont Street. In 1988, The Mint was sold and became part of Binion's Horseshoe.

Kremer, Furniture on its roof. The photograph in the lower left shows Anna Bracken with her dogs on the porch of the Las Vegas Ranch house. The photograph in the lower right shows men with the first artesian well in Las Vegas Valley at the Taylor Ranch.
