The bulk of the collection consists of Architecture Studies Library files from Jeanne Brown, such as planning files, annual reports, employee and student survey reports, cabinet meeting notes, Brown’s publications, and Brown’s Librarian Emerita application.

Community Conversations oral history panel
Oral history panel composed of University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) students Lisa McAllister, Larry Sampson, John Grygo, and Ashley Smith along with community narrators Jerrie Merritt, Geraldine Kirk Hughes, Keith Brantley, and Hannah Brown, moderated by Julia Lee and Claytee White on March 30, 2016 for the African Americans in Las Vegas: A Collaborative Oral History Project. The group discusses working with each other during the collection of oral histories for the project, the value of the interchange for both narrator and interviewer, the value of oral histories as repositories of individual and collective memory, and related stories about their experiences.

Ilene Bittle Collection on Basic High School
The Ilene Bittle Collection on Basic High School (1942-1982) is comprised of assorted memorabilia and visual materials from Basic High School in Henderson, Nevada. Materials includes scrapbooks, newspaper clippings, event programs and invitations, newsletters, and other school mementos. Black-and-white negatives, photographs, and transparencies of various school events, faculty and staff, and student life are also included in the collection.

David L. Weide oral history interview
Oral history interview with David L. Weide conducted by Claytee D. White on May 31, 2007 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. In this interview, Weide discusses his career as a geologist, teaching geology at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and the history of the University of Las Vegas, Nevada. Weide begins by explaining the history behind the name "Blue Diamond Village," how he came to study geology at the University of California, Los Angeles, and the employment process at UNLV. He describes the geological history of Nevada, hosting his own folk music program on the local radio station, KNPR, and his opinions on UNLV's intention to become a "Research One" institution.
